What and Why

The Wildfire Rose Book Company was started out of need: Jason Lind and Chris Honett - two artists who have been collaborating for over 30 years and who now both have children of their own - created a children’s book in 2023 and were looking for a way to distribute it.

When it became impossible to find preexisting options that seemed fair to the artists, reasonable, dependable, and not a scam, the Wildfire Rose Book Company was founded by Rebecca and Chris Honett. Designed to distribute curated independent children’s literature, we continue to look for new treasures to add to our collection.

We are old-fashioned artists who believe in time and care and love. The books we choose are intentional. Everything we distribute is special, original, and without the assistance of AI or stock images.
